On Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 4pm, MPP Lucille Collard will be announcing the organizations who are receiving free marketing and communications services from a new social enterprise employing underrepresented youth called “TRAC (Technology, Research and Communications). This new program of the Social Planning Council of Ottawa was generously supported through a grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation. TRAC has been essential in helping non-profits in Ottawa achieve their goals, and builds on the success of “Hot Shoe Productions”, a youth-led video production social enterprise started by the Social Planning Council of Ottawa to help young people gain skills and employment.

MPP Lucille Collard and an Ontario Trillium Foundation representative, will attend the event and will formally present the Social Planning Council of Ottawa with a plaque to mark the work done as a result of receiving a grant from the Trillium Foundation over the past two years.
